Core strength training sessions for runners online and face to face.

GIGS sessions are led by Bev an EA qualified Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF). The sessions focus on core strength required for long distance running and injury prevention. The sessions can be adapted for all abilities… and what is more the sessions are free to all club members!
- Monday and Friday – Online 6:30am
- Wednesdays, 6pm – Castle Hill School during term time only. Outside of term time we meet at different outdoor locations including Churchfields (as demonstrated in the photo above).
