GIGS Strength Sessions

Core strength training sessions for runners online and face to face.

GIGS sessions are usually held as per below dependant on Bev’s availability and interest in each session.

  • Wednesdays 7am – Online
  • Wednesdays, 6pm – Castle Hill School during term time only
  • Tuesdays and Fridays, 6pm – Online
